Popper casting & Jigging
- 2 x Shimano Saragosas on Shimano T-Curve 15-24kg Bluewater rods
- 2 x Daiwa Freams on light tackle casting rods
- 2 x Daiwa high speed Saltists on Shimano T Curve 200 deep drop rods
Most of our anglers bring their own tackle. The big GTs here will destroy anything less than Shimano Stellas or Daiwa Saltigas on heavy tackle popper rods. We strongly recommend you bring your own heavy tackle.
The popper casting equipment we use is only suitable for targeting GTs up to about 25kg.

- 4 x Shimano TLD20s on 8kg and 10kg custom roller tip rods,
